Jarrod joined Delta in 2001 having started in the financial services industry in 1998 with General Accident and then Norwich Union. Jarrod worked with Delta and supported them during that period. Jarrod is a keen advocate of wanting the industry to provide clear financial solutions in what is sometimes viewed as a complex industry full of jargon.

Jarrod is also a qualified pensions’ transfer specialist (G60).

Away from the office Jarrod enjoys spending time with his family and also coaching his son’s youth football team.
